Fire Damage Restoration Process
When fire strikes, it is critical that you act swiftly and efficiently to protect your property so that the fire damage cleanup can begin.
After the Fire Department leaves, you are left with a very big mess. There may be shattered windows, broken doors or walls and exposure to outside elements. The first step is to board up the premises to make it safe and secure.
We will work with your insurance company to initiate a fire damage recovery plan that includes the complete restoration of your structure. We will also assess the structural damages while the cleaning and restoration specialists work closely with you and your adjustor to determine which of your possessions can be cleaned…and which need to be inventoried for replacement. Often these services can be provided on site, but in the event that your contents have to be removed, we have the capability to electronically inventory, package, transport and store your belongings in a safe facility.
We will remove affected building materials and discard or clean contents. Water damage will be addressed through water extraction, drying, and dehumidification. A thorough cleaning of all affected building materials and contents will occur to remove soot and odors from the premises.
With preparation, resources and trusted professionals in place you and your family or co-workers will make it through the process of fire damage restoration.
